What We Do

We cultivate 'Understanding.' Understanding, is not simply the ability to understand or comprehend something as a preparation for life. The human race is evolving too fast for that.

What we are more concerned with understanding, is the cultivation of a sympathetic awareness or tolerance for other people's feelings. Therefore, our focus is to:

tailor the mind-sets and activities of individuals to aspire them to become exceptional and to be directly tied with the ultimate goal of creating social value; and
enencapsulate the characteristics that shape the exceptional minds and activities of individuals in order to promote key acceleration of education, entrepreneurship, community development and economic growth; and

bestow upon the youth a more sensible view of themselves as a functioning, cohesive element of society.

Mentorship Program

Inherently each one of us has the substance within to achieve whatever our goals and dreams define. What is missing from each of us is the training, education, knowledge and insight to utilize what we already have.

Fellowship Program

The INTBU Fellowship Program focus on bringing outstanding mentors into the center of the organization and aim to cultivating their work by providing transformational support to a global network of visionaries – individuals, scientists, artists, activists, entrepreneurs, doctors, journalists and inventors – who collaborate across disciplines to create positive change around the world.
